Role summary
This role supports the owner by owning the pre-contract admin workflow, keeping sales opportunities moving, preparing estimating support inputs, and coordinating quote requests and follow-ups. The goal is to reduce owner interruptions, speed up sales-to-contract progression, and improve consistency under load.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Australian Eastern Time - Work Arrangement
