About the Role

Ø Purpose of Position-

To lead, supervise, and coordinate all construction activities for the high‑rise commercial building, ensuring timely execution, safety compliance, high‑quality workmanship, and seamless coordination among contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities –
Oversee day‑to‑day site execution for civil, façade, MEP, interiors, and external development works. 

Implement project plans, construction schedules, and sequencing strategies. 

Monitor work progress against baseline schedules and identify delays or risks. 

Conduct daily coordination meetings with contractors and site teams. 

Review method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
