Construction Manager

Overview

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage all project sites vis-a-vis project engineers, and contractors. Manage project schedules and reports. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Lead and mentor project engineers/staff. Resolve issues and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress. Resolve issues and mitigate risks proactively.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in construction project management.
