**Construction Manager (Data Centres)**

**Company Overview**

• Listed Malaysian Main Contractor with over 35 years of establishment
• Proven track record in delivering industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects
• Currently undertaking a new data centre project for a global client

**Responsibilities**

• Manage overall site construction activities for data centre projects
• Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, including subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor project progress, safety standards, quality control, and budget adherence
• Lead site teams to ensure achievement of project milestones

**Requirements**

• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects
• Strong leadership abilities and site coordination skills
