About the Role

 
  Job Description 
  Our client is a leading commercial fitout and refurb builder with over 50 years of experience in Australia delivering projects of various values.

 Operating across the commercial, education, government, health, hospitality and industrial sectors, our client has a strong pipeline of upcoming work and some major recent wins, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the Project and Site Teams.
 
 As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
  Oversee and manage the Project and Site teams (construction team).
 Lead, motivate, train and develop the construction team
 Identify opportunities for improvement
 Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships
 Ensure all projects are delivered safely and to a high standard
 Work closely with the General Manager to continue the success and growth of the company
