About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager on behalf of a reputable local residential builder. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction schedules and site operations through regular walk-throughs and progress tracking. Coordinate with Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep builds on track. Manage site services (utilities, drainage, connections) and resolve any delays or unforeseen conditions. Lead inspections and quality control to ensure all work aligns with building codes and specifications.
