Construction Estimator

This role is responsible for leading the full estimating process from preconstruction through project execution, ensuring accurate and detailed cost estimates across commercial, industrial, residential, and heavy ICI projects. The position involves managing tenders, conducting risk assessments, performing value engineering, and collaborating closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. The individual will analyze historical data, monitor market trends, and track project costs and performance to improve future estimates and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior estimators and supporting a smooth transition from estimating to construction management within a Monday–Friday schedule.
