About the Role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- With excellent analytical and organizational skills
Willing to be assigned to any project site within Metro Manila.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trades: Rebar Works, Formworks, Masonry, Finishing Works, Site Development and Amenities Works, Turnover and Dress Up of Units
Quality Management
Complies with the requirement of the approved plans and specifications of assigned trade by conducting inspection of accomplished area and proper accomplishment of checklist.
Risk and Safety Management
Facilitates toolbox meeting.
Prepares risk assessment and hazard identification/correction prior deployment of manpower.
Resource Management
Ensures material availability and attains target budget cost and manhours for the trade assigned.
