QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• With excellent analytical and organizational skills

Willing to be assigned to our project site in Solmera Coast, Brgy. Calubcub II and Brgy. Subukin, San Juan, Batangas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trades: Rebar Works, Formworks, Masonry, Finishing Works, Site Development and Amenities Works, Turnover and Dress Up of Units

• Quality Management

• Complies with the requirements of the approved plans and specifications of the assigned trade by conducting an inspection of the accomplished area and proper accomplishment of the checklist.

• Risk and Safety Management

• Facilitates toolbox meeting.

• Prepares risk assessment and hazard identification/correction prior to deployment of manpower.

• Resource Management

• Ensures material availability and attains target budget...
