Construction Director (Sept-Iles)

Position Overview

Type of position : Regular. The Construction Manager will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and managing BBA's activities on all its work sites in the region. He/she will engage with clients to promote our services and onsite project management expertise; recruit and organize site supervisors, resident engineers, and onsite inspectors—consultants or employees—within the region. The role includes maintaining strong client relationships for all onsite work by BBA’s regional team. Performance will be measured by achieving health and safety, quality, budget and schedule targets. The Construction Manager will be supported by BBA’s Project Management Office and will serve in enhancing BBA’s construction management tools and procedures.
