About the Role
Design Manager – High-End Commercial Office Construction & Refurbishment Projects
Location: Office & Site Based
£80,000 – £90,000 DOE + Car + up to 40% Annual Bonus + Medical + Pension
This Construction Management contractor delivers high-end construction and refurbishment projects across the Motorsport, Commercial Office, and Hi-Tech Engineering sectors.
These high-end projects range in value, typically £2m–£20m, and are often technically challenging
