Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with external designers and internal merchandising/operations teams to create and update fixture layout plans; review drawing packages, provide feedback to the Head of Store Development, and follow up with external designers to complete the full drawing package.
2. Maintain and manage the store drawing database and documentation archive
3. Travel to store locations to supervise and guide contractors for fixture installation.
4. Respond to maintenance requests from operating stores and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
5. Support store image upgrade and renovation projects by coordinating with designers on drawings and following up with contractors on execution.
6. Until the Construction Admin joins the team (expected in Q1 2027), operate the internal financial system and submit payments related to store development, maintenance and image upgrade projects within the assig...
