About the Role
The BHP CD4 Car Dumper Renewal Project (CD4RP) at Finucane Island involves the replacement and upgrade of critical car dumper infrastructure to improve operational reliability and throughput.
We have a major 8-week outage shutdown commencing in September that we are seeking suitable Boilermakers with construction experience to work a 2:1 roster until the end of October.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:
- All Purpose Casual Rate: $64.70 per hour (inclusive of any AP allowances and 25% casual loading)
- Penalties apply after ordinary hours
- Site Allowance: $4.80 per hour flat
- Mobilisation payment: 2 days (14.4 hours) paid at ordinary rate of pay - one off payment
- 12 hour days across day and night-shift (25% nightshift loading, shift allocations: 1 week of days and 1 week of nights for nightshift)
- RDO accrual 0.8/h Mon-Fri paid out upon completion
