Construction Arbitration | 3-5 PQE | Dubai

This position sits within a specialist arbitration‑led disputes platform handling complex, high‑value international cases. The structure is lean and partner‑led, with associates closely involved in strategy, drafting and advocacy rather than operating in a narrow support role. Work is technically demanding and responsibility is real.

Associates are expected to exercise judgment, take ownership of defined workstreams and contribute meaningfully to the development and presentation of cases.

You will work directly with partners and senior lawyers across offices on major international disputes, with exposure across the full life cycle of proceedings. Responsibilities include:

• Developing case theory and strategy alongside partners and senior team members
• Drafting substantive written submissions and coordinating input from junior lawyers
• Managing research and document review exercises efficiently and with sound judgment
