Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Software Architect with deep expertise across AWS, DevOps, and software development , capable of leading end-to-end architecture decisions for complex cloud-based solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and business alignment , with a strong focus on contact center solutions using AWS Connect . The ideal candidate understands not only infrastructure and deployment, but also application design, data flows, and business impact .

You will act as the technical authority for projects, guiding teams, making high-level decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
