About the Role
A Configuration Consultant is a specialist who translates agreed business and solution designs into a correctly configured, scalable, and supportable system. The role bridges Solution Consulting (the what and why) and Technical Consulting (the how), owning the hands‑on configuration that turns customer requirements into working outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end configuration activities across modules in line with the approved Design Brief and SOW, acting as the single point of accountability for configuration quality and completeness.
- Translate solution designs into system configuration including hierarchies, roles, security, workflows, forms, taxonomies, and rules.
- Apply configuration standards consistently to reduce rework, support risk, and downstream support dependence.
