DMC Recruitment Group is partnering with a well established, private equity backed Building Materials Distribution organization to identify a high caliber Controller to lead and elevate the finance function.
This is a hands on leadership role within a multi branch distribution environment. The organization is undergoing modernization, system upgrades, and increased financial rigor, and is seeking a technically strong, analytically sharp Controller to bring structure, insight, and discipline to financial operations.
This is not a purely transactional accounting role. It is a strategic finance leadership position.
