Condition-Based Maintenance Engineer

RBC Best Baker Foods Incorporated is looking for a Condition-Based Maintenance Engineer

Primary Function : Responsible for ensuring all equipment are operating according to specifications through efficient condition-based monitoring using calibrated instruments, and providing accurate recommendations and resolutions.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure machine reliability, functionality, and availability at all times.
• Prepare and submit timely CBM reports and recommendations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs.
• Monitor and analyze in-line maintenance data based on standard CBM parameters.
• Perform vibration analysis, thermography surveys, and other diagnostic techniques.
• Support predictive maintenance strategies to anticipate potential failures and schedule corrective actions.
