What matters to us
Qualifications:
- 7–15+ years ofexperience in concrete construction, preferably in heavy civil,infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial projects.
- 3–5+ years in asupervisory or superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Proven ability to managelarge crews and multiple subcontractors.
- Strong understanding ofconstruction scheduling and productivity metrics.
- Proficiency withconstruction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with tunnelor underground concrete works considered an asset.
