Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Compensation: $27.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled CNC Operator / Setup / Programmer who thrives at the intersection of mechanical craftsmanship and precision machining. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building custom fixtures, programming CNC equipment, and taking full ownership of the machining process—from blueprint to finished part.

You’ll work with a small, dedicated team in a clean, well-organized facility, producing high-accuracy components across a variety of materials.

What You’ll Do

Fixture Building & Mechanical Work

• Construct jigs and fixtures to support CNC machining operations.
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure accuracy and repeatability across multi-axis setups.
