Atlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba – CA (Work from home)
Pinchin is recruiting for a Compliance Specialist to join the Finance & Administration department in Canada. We are looking for a highly organized individual to join on a full-time basis. This position can be based out ofAtlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba on a remote or hybrid basis. The Compliance Specialist will provide back up support to our Security Clearances team and additional adhoc duties as required.
A Day in the life of a Compliance Specialist at Pinchin: 
Vendor Onboarding
Responds to all requests for Vendor onboarding and evaluates vendor submissions to ensure they meet Pinchin’s requirements
Enter vendor setups in the operating system (Vision) and ensure accuracy of details and keep detailed records in an organized manner
Liaison with Accounts Payable during payment cycles
