Compliance Specialist – Pinchin
Pinchin Ltd. is recruiting a full‑time Compliance Specialist to support the Finance & Administration department across Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Manitoba. This role is remote or hybrid and provides direct backup to the Security Clearances team with additional ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities
- Vendor Onboarding – Respond to vendor onboarding requests, evaluate submissions, enter setups into Vision, liaise with Accounts Payable, track WSIB/WCB compliance, and maintain accurate records.
- Client Onboarding – Handle client requests efficiently, compile pre‑qualification documentation, interact with clients for SharePoint/Vision setup, review engagement criteria, manage the Client Grove database, streamline processes, and coordinate with internal departments.
