Compliance Quality Engineer
The role is focused on ensuring the Nonconformance and CAPA subsystems are in control, and that actual or potential non-conformities are addressed.
Your role:
Driving and/or owning corrective and preventive actions.
Leading cross-functional problem-solving sessions to address significant QMS issues, utilizing structured methodologies like root cause analysis and driving the implementation of solutions.
Working cross-functionally with global stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of all CAPAs.
Reporting to senior management on status of CAPAs.
Being ambassador of the Philips quality policy within the organization.
