Compliance Officer

We are working on a confidential search for a well‑established, global shipping company.

They are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their Legal & Compliance team, a role that sits within a small, internationally connected function.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sanctions and counterparty screening (individuals, entities, vessels, cargo supply chains)
• Reviewing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures
• KYC analysis and management of the Counterparty Registration System
• Delivering compliance training via the Learning Management System
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Monitoring KPIs and preparing compliance reports

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, fraud risk, AML, or internal controls
• Familiarity with sanctions and AML regulatory frameworks
