Compliance Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to lead and strengthen Modulus Labs’ regulatory and compliance framework across all operating jurisdictions. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to financial regulations, payment industry standards, AML/CFT requirements, and data privacy laws.

You will serve as a key advisor to leadership, represent the company in regulatory interactions, and embed a strong culture of compliance across product, operations, and merchant-facing functions.

This is a high-ownership role suited for a compliance professional with deep experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated financial environments.
