Role Overview
The Compliance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the companys compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies, programs, and internal controls aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including environmental, safety, operational, and corporate regulations.
• Oversee regulatory filings, renewals of permits and licenses, and submissions to government agencies.
• Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
