About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable property, building, safety, and regulatory requirements, including the Building Code of Australia (BCA), state legislation, and local council regulations.

  • Coordinate and conduct routine property inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments, identifying and resolving non-compliance issues in a timely manner.

  • Manage essential services and maintenance compliance programs, including fire safety certifications, electrical compliance, and WHS/OHS obligations.

  • Oversee the procurement, scheduling, performance, and compliance of external contractors and service providers.

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to minimize operational and regulatory risk across the property portfolio
