Leading the compliance functions of and group.
Collaborating with other related teams including risk management, internal audit, and legal.
Ensuring the group companies’ compliance with applicable laws, with focus on compliance with rules and regulations issued by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) and other regulatory bodies.
Advising the business and operations teams in regards to legal and regulatory compliance pertaining to business practices and opportunities.
