Compliance Executive - eCommerce

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to manage and monitor compliance activities across multiple eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and other online selling platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling account health, policy violations, appeals, listing compliance, customer communications, and maintaining seller performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor marketplace account health and compliance metrics on a daily basis
• Handle policy violations, account suspensions, warnings, and performance notifications
• Draft and submit appeals, Plans of Action (POAs), and supporting documentation
• Review and audit product listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies
