Accountabilities:
Lead and execute 2nd line monitoring activities in line with the annual compliance assurance plan, challenging existing practices and asking where risks may emerge next.
Support the development and implementation of corrective actions arising from monitoring outcomes, ensuring issues are remediated and lessons are embedded.
