Mission

As a Compliance Agent, you will ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies by executing lease renewals, setting up utilities, managing RUBS enrollment, gathering insurance documents and handling the delinquency process.

Scorecard

• Liability Insurance- coverage by tenant
• Goal: increases 1% each week
• Complete all assigned LeadSimple tasks daily.
• Goal: Zero overdue tasks at the end of each week.
• Rental Agreement Renewals execution
• Goal: all renewals sent out by the 15th of the month
