Competitive Intelligence Operation Lead / Bilingual / Remote

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Competitive Intelligence Operation Lead to join our Global Customer and Market Intelligence team. In this role, you will lead the enablement and management of the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win‑Loss platform, transforming fragmented market signals and direct buyer feedback into actionable strategic advantages. You will act as the Center of Excellence lead for Crayon and Clozd, overseeing their successful integration with commercial systems and driving platform adoption across sales, product, and marketing teams to improve win rates, optimize product roadmaps, and enhance go‑to‑market strategies.
