About the Role

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Conduct analyses as needed to support the development, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Partner with the business to help identify compensation and benefit related issues; Provide guidance, training, and communication to resolve.
+ Providing recommendations as needed to HR and the business regarding salary adjustments, promotions, and new hire compensation.
+ Partner with team to work on data integrity projects to strengthen system data and the resulting analytics.
+ Provide support for the annual salary adjustment and incentive cycles
+ Participate and support various ongoing Total Rewards transformation projects
+ Support day-to-day compensation and benefit analysis needs
+ Preparing reports and presentations to communicate compensation and benefits insights to stakeholders
