the community, build skills, and have fun? We’re looking for an energetic,
supportive team member to join our Social & Community Access services
across the Eastern Suburbs and Rockdale!

About the Role
You’ll be supporting adults living with disability to get
out, get active, and engage socially through:
Community access and social participation
Skill building and goal-focused activities
Prompting daily living skills
Documentation and following support plans
Supporting clients with behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support strategies

This role offers consistent shifts with the possibility
of picking up additional hours across other services.
