About the Role

At VMCH, our Home Care Support Workers help people stay independent in their own homes with dignity, respect, and a bit of everyday joy.

This is one‑on‑one community care, not facility work. You’ll support clients with daily routines, enjoy meaningful conversations, and help make life at home easier.

Wondering what your day will look like? You will visit clients in their homes and assist with things like:
Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) 

Meal preparation and light household tasks 

Friendly companionship and social support 

Driving clients to appointments, shopping or outings
