Community Recreation Director (Local)

Summary Key position in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, within the CNIC in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Installation Program Director through the management of the daily activities of a comprehensive and diverse year-round Community Recreation program. This includes Special Events, Leisure Skills, Outdoor rental/Sales/Adventure Activities, Auto Hobby and Fleet Recreation. Responsibilities MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the development, management, business plan execution, and administration of a diverse recreation program.
