This role is essential for our Community Living team at our new Walnut Grove location. As a Program Coordinator, you will assist the Manager in training and guiding Community Living Workers. You will need to be organized, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals living with diverse abilities or mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in training and providing direction to staff
• Build relationships with clients and their families
• Create and facilitate tailored program schedules
• Monitor and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate effectively within the team
Requirements:
• Experience working with individuals with diverse abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and capable of multitasking
