Responsibilities
Own and manage the Campus Ambassador community across India
Build strong personal relationships with ambassadors and student leaders
Onboard new ambassadors and ensure a smooth start
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-energy community
Keep the community active, motivated, and aligned with clear goals while constantly moderating it.
Constantly think of meaningful ways to engage Campus Ambassadors
Delegate tasks based on strengths and college presence
Drive execution of brand partnerships, college outreach, and on-ground activations through ambassadors
Be highly responsive on chats, DMs, and calls
Run regular check-ins, follow-ups, and nudges
Maintain a strong pulse on what students are feeling and saying
