Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to inspire, engage, and grow the PancakeSwap community. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DeFi communities and a proven track record in community management and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Grow PancakeSwap’s presence via organic and community efforts
• Represent PancakeSwap as a spokesperson in community channels (Discord, Telegram, X, community spaces, AMAs), actively advocates for our products, brand, and ecosystem
• Plan and execute regional meetups, AMAs, community events and initiatives with clear growth outcomes and results
• Actively explore and coordinate joint efforts with relevant crypto projects and communities to increase community activations
• Manage PancakeSwap’s ambassador program to support PancakeSwap’s presence across community channels, content, and local community events
