Community & Environment Support Officer

This is a front‑line role supporting Kirklees Council’s approach to environmental improvement, community engagement and compliance . Working as part of the Greenspace Action Team , you’ll play a key part in preventing and addressing environmental anti‑social behaviour and supporting enforcement activity across the borough.

About the role

As a Community & Environmental Support Officer (Environmental Ranger) , you’ll provide a visible presence in neighbourhoods across Kirklees. You’ll work directly with residents, businesses and partner teams to improve the local environment, respond to issues quickly and support investigations where enforcement action may be required.
