The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, implement, and monitor the Family Child Care Program to meet the needs of the community and ensure the health and safety of children. Responsibilities Performs a variety of complex assignments involving identifying installation and family needs, assessing the availability of childcare locally, identifying gaps in available services, providing tailored information, and coordinating, advocating, and obtaining a variety of resources and services for installation personnel who require childcare. Ensures Family Child Care Program policies and procedures are in place and followed; recruit's new providers to support the mission of the program.
