The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and adoption of the Class Builder (CB) platform, ensuring efficient roll out, strong user engagement, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination with stakeholders. This role requires a detail-oriented and service-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support, fostering meaningful engagement, and ensuring that educators and users have the best possible experience.
