What You'll Do

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager to:

• Handle day-to-day branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and coworkers receive personalized support
• Manage administrative tasks including invoices, contract preparation, payment receipts, and documentation
• Track rental payments, contract renewals, and branch supplies with attention to detail
• Maintain branch hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance
• Support marketing and events, giving tours, presenting branch features, and assisting in community initiatives
