About the Role
The Communications Associate is a junior-to-mid-level contributor focused on foundational copywriting and communication execution. This role provides essential day-to-day writing, content production, and coordination support for the Communications Manager and the Communications Specialist.
Qualifications
Required
2 – 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content writing.
Strong foundational copywriting skills and ability to follow templates.
Basic experience with Microsoft tools, Canva, and CMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Nice To Have
Experience writing feature or human-interest stories (advantage but not required ).
Exposure to internal communications or employer branding .
Interest in social, digital, or marketing communication pathways.
