Communications Assistant

This is a remote position.

Cosmax is looking for a motivated Communications & Influencer Coordinator to support publicity, influencer, and social media initiatives across our brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand communications and influencer marketing.

What You'll Do

• Support PR and communications plans across multiple brands
• Assist with influencer and KOL campaigns (paid & non-paid)
• Prepare press reports and campaign updates
• Draft press releases and support media outreach
• Manage content and posting for company social media accounts
• Coordinate invoices, POs, and reporting
• Create and resize visual assets using Canva or Photoshop
