The InDrive team is looking for a PR Manager for the Safety team. We are seeking an independent, attentive, and resilient specialist who will manage regional teams in handling urgent media inquiries related to safety issues. This position unifies Project Management and PR skills. You will also work with cross-functional teams to help make InDrive's services people-centric, convenient, and safe.
Responsibilities
Enhance the current public incident management workflow and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Shape crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication during incidents, minimizing reputational risk and maintaining public trust.
Act as a central coordination point between Incident teams, Customer support, Social media, PR, and external agencies to ensure aligned and consistent handling of sensitive situations.
