Commodities General Manager

To manage the Commodities division in Indonesia and its sub-divisional business units, P&L and operational responsibility with the objective of achieving targets in terms of revenue growth, operational/ capex costs control and operating profit margin.

Key Performance Indicators

Grow businesses in line with Group objectives and meet P&L targets against sales, operating profit, costs and CAPEX.

Ensure KPI’s established under Business Management system are met. Meet HSE targets and goals as per regional and local KPI’s.

Deliver key strategic objectives, as planned and agreed with the Management.

Administrate Offices and Labs to meet ISO 17025 and 17020 and other relevant codes, standards that the labs are registered to complied with.
