About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and numbers. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely commission processing for HUB Financial and its broker network. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of commission payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Review commission statements/reports and ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions to HUB Financial and its brokers.
• Process first-year and renewal commissions accurately within back-office systems.
• Investigate and reconcile commissions paid incorrectly by insurance companies and ensure that necessary corrections are made in a timely manner.
