Commissioning Manager

Purpose

• Provide documented confirmation that the facility’s systems and components are installed and functioning per design, specifications, the Owner’s Project Requirements, the Basis of Design, and operational needs.
• Ensure the commissioning process follows applicable industry standards and the project’s commissioning plan.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the Commissioning Agent (CxA) and commissioning team comply with the project safety program, contractor onsite safety plans, HSE assurance requirements, and applicable local and industry safety standards for critical data center environments.
• Ensure adherence to the project’s Commissioning Plan of Record (CxPoR) and all documents incorporated by reference.
• Drive the project commissioning process, including scope, schedule, and quality assurance to maintain best-practice commissioning practices.
