Commissioning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Lead to join a major Data Center project based in Madrid. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the commissioning of all mechanical systems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mechanical commissioning process from pre-commissioning through to handover
• Oversee testing and validation of HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, and associated systems
• Ensure all systems meet design specifications, industry standards, and data center operational requirements
• Support integrated systems testing (IST) and troubleshoot performance issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading commissioning teams on large-scale, mission-critical facilities
